Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), wearing a face mask is mandatory in all indoor common areas. A damage deposit of USD 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the name on the reservation and the ID presented at the property. Resort fee plus tax that is not included in the quoted rate will be collected by the hotel upon check-in. The resort fee is subject to tax. The daily resort fee includes: - Pool and water slides - Hot tub - Fitness room access - In-room coffee/tea maker - In-room local and toll-free calls - Free WiFi - Business center access - Boarding pass printing Pool Policy: Daily pool access is available to registered guests only. Only registered guests of the resort will be allowed access to the pool. The property cannot accommodate pool parties. Please note that free in-room WiFi has a 2-device limit. Additional devices may be added at a surcharge. If you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time) please contact the resort prior to arrival. Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation.
